By volunteering to undertake these services to assist seniors and at-risk clients in need during the COVID 19 crisis for Hercules Cares, I hereby agree to:

 

• Use reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of the information and materials, whether oral, written or in any form whatsoever, of the "client" (senior or at-risk user of these services)

 

• Not publish, nor take pictures/video recordings, of the "client", or share any information obtained from this site or from the client  in any way.

 

• Not access or view any information other than what is required to render my volunteer services.

 

• Continue to maintain confidentiality even after my service to this organization has concluded.
